TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to your use of www.frontier-mepf.com (the "Site") and to every sale of goods by Frontier MEPF Ltd ("Frontier", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria with its warehouse at Km 3, Orita Aje Bus Stop, along Ikorodu Road, Ikorodu, Lagos. By using the Site, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Our products and information

  • We supply mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire (MEPF) materials. These include grooved and threaded fittings, REDI drainage, hangers and supports, PID ducts and accessories, and tools.

  • We take care to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration only, and finish, colour or packaging may vary slightly.

  • Technical information on the Site is a general guide. You, or your engineer, are responsible for making sure that products suit your project, design, codes and standards.

 

2. Quotations and prices

  • You can request a quotation through the Site, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT at 7.5% unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately unless the quotation includes it.

  • After a quotation expires, prices and availability may change. We will correct obvious pricing errors before we accept an order.

 

3. Placing and accepting orders

  • An order is accepted only once we confirm it in writing (by email, WhatsApp or invoice) and receive payment as agreed.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you have paid, we will offer an alternative, a later delivery date or a full refund for that item.

  • We may decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a payment is not authorised.

 

4. Payment

  • You can pay by bank transfer to Frontier MEPF Ltd's business account, or online by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment partner, Paystack.

  • Online card payments are processed securely by Paystack. Frontier never sees or stores your full card details.

  • Only pay into accounts in the name of Frontier MEPF Ltd. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive unexpected payment instructions, call us on +234 911 700 0235 before you pay.

  • Goods stay Frontier's property until we have received payment in full.

 

5. Delivery and collection

  • We deliver nationwide across Nigeria by arrangement, or you can collect from our Lagos store during opening hours.

  • Delivery dates are estimates. We will keep you informed of delays, but we are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.

  • Please check goods on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours, as set out in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

 

6. Returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

7. Warranty

  • Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered. We will help you make a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

  • Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.

 

8. Limitation of liability

  • If we are liable to you, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit, project delays, installation or labour costs, or third-party claims, except where Nigerian law does not allow this limit.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

 

9. Using the Site

  • You agree not to misuse the Site, try to access it without authorisation, or submit false information through its forms.

  • The content, logo and design of the Site belong to Frontier or its licensors. Brand names and logos such as REDI, Kingspan, Jianzhi and Inka belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we supply.

  • We may update the Site, our prices and these terms at any time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

 

10. Your information

We use the details you give us (such as name, company, phone and email) to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and arrange delivery. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

 

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Examples include port or customs delays, strikes, fuel shortages, flooding, government action and failures of the banking or payment networks.

 

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
